  3. Cognitive Abilities Test • Given in 2nd and 6th grades • Measures general and specific reasoning abilities developed in and out of school • Evaluates reasoning in verbal, quantitative, and non-verbal domains • Scores reported in percentile ranking

  4. Conclusion • 2nd Grade CogAT remains constant • 6th Grade CogAT shows improvement • 7th Grade ITBS shows growth in Math • 4th Grade ITBS indicates improvement in all domains
