  1. Some work samples - Leslie Wagle Community Development Assistance - as planner in High Point. I provided site plans and façade sketches for this project

  2. The plan used in newspaper (mini-park and upgraded grounds of complex).

  3. Unit re-fronting design concepts Offered to get ideas flowing, for property owner

  4. Further Details • with digital multimedia (text, graphics, and sound)

  5. CommercialElevations This was never built, but shows my visualization taken from a rough site concept - made while working for Jerry Weyker and Associates.

  6. Social space concept This actually goes back to a student project, but it later was possible to actually design one that was built at the Stanley Community College campus in Albemarle, NC.

  7. Historic neighborhood consultation The repair of a focal street island involved both structural and planting concepts that improved appearance and maintenance. This involved several community evening meetings at the local school to resolve what people wanted before submittal to the city.

  8. Use of new media This addition to a facility also included making “existing condition” digital photos and then creating changes in the scene by use of drawing software matching proposed changes with the field perspective to show how it would look prior to construction actually taking place.

  9. Imagining without plans… A “condensed reality” sketch based only on owner’s idea of making a hill into a play park with mini-golf, intended for promotional use, not construction.

  10. Special Situations Spot Park

  11. Private Community Center

  12. A high-density housing solution (11 units on one acre) for which I provided the site layout and also architectural modifications to the plans furnished by the builder. I had to adapt the units to the tight situation, yet meet all city requirements for parking, landscaping, etc. and still produce an inviting place to live.

  13. Other projects • Koger Office building planting plans, Pinecroft Road and Holden/Meadowview Road, Greensboro • “Zaki” grounds upgrade to become a county office building, Blandwood Ave. downtown Greensboro • WGHP (now Fox 8) headquarters, High Point • Kraska dental building, 502 N. Elam Ave., Greensboro • Clark dental building, 1115 W. Friendly Ave., Greensboro • Mary Lynn Richardson historic museum park layout and planting plans, downtown Greensboro • Morehead Memorial Hospital and NC School of the Arts grounds area studies • West Market St. United Methodist Church foreground courtyard (with John V.
