  2. Our Mission To support Special Operation Heroes and their families by providing executive level mentoring, transition services, and family stabilization support.

  3. Three Pillars of Support • Executive Level Mentoring • Transition Services • Family Stabilization Support

  4. We Believe that each one of these areas should be uniquely targeted for the Special Operations community because these veterans have extraordinary skills to contribute to the private sector and specific needs to help them transition out of the military.

  5. Mentor a Special Operations Warrior Mentors provide advice on a variety of issuesincluding integration into corporate life, corporate etiquette, and how to translate unique skills and experience into corporate success. 

  6. Internships/ Networking Sponsor a Special Operations Hero by introducing them to the private sector and your corporate world. *Host a networking dinner *Recommend a paid internship or job *Educate your contacts about their unique skill set

  7. Family Stabilization Support *Resilience Training targeted for Special Ops Vets *Re-integration Assistance *Coping and Communication Skill training *Partner to provide Family Counseling support

  8. YGN GOALS: *Strengthen communication skills *Work to provide appropriate internships and jobs in the private sector *Support families through the transition process
