  2. Judgment Day Surprises • That there will be a real judgment will surprise some (Mt. 25:31-46; Rom.2:3; 2 Pet. 3:3-7) • The time of judgment will surprise some (1 Thess. 5:1-4; 2 Pet. 3:10)

  3. Judgment Day Surprises • The standard of judgment will surprise some (Jn. 12:48; Rom. 2:2,11,16; Rev. 20:12) • The scope of judgment will surprise some (Mt. 25:32; Jn. 5:28-29; 2 Cor. 5:10; Rev. 20:12-13)

  4. Judgment Day Surprises • The judge will surprise some (Gen. 18:25; Deut. 32:4; Acts 17:30-31; Rom. 2:11; 2 Thess. 1:7-10; 2 Tim. 4:8)
