WWHO(World Health Organization) The World Health Organization is an specialized agency of the United Nations that is concerned with the international public health.It was established on april 7 1948 and its headquarters are located in Geneva,Switzerland.
USDHHS(United States Department of Health and Human Services) A national agency which goal is to protect the health of all the Americans and provide essential human services. Before the Department of Education was Created the USDHHS was called the Department of Health,and Welfare (HEW)
CDC(Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) The CDC is a Federal agency under the Department of Health and Human Services.Its main goal is to protect the public health through control and prevention of disease.The CDC researches and provides information of infectious and noninfectious diseases.
NIH(National Institute of Health) The NIH is the part of the DHHS that conducts health and biomedical health-related research. The goal of the NIH is to help prevent,diagnose,and treat disease and disability.
