Muting a Call • While in a call, press ‘Mute’ • Red light indicates call is muted • Press again to un-mute
Placing an internal Call by Dialing • Lift Handset (or press ‘Speaker’) • Dial the 3 digit extension • You can dial ‘#’ to signify finished dialing
Placing an internal Call by RP button • Press the blue RP button • At the tone, say “Call Josh”, or “Call Kitchen”
Placing an Outside Call • Lift Handset • Dial ‘9’ for outside line • Dial your 7, 10 or 11 digit number
Transferring a call using Transfer button • While in a call, press the ‘Transfer’ button • Dial the transfer-to extension • Press ‘Transfer’ again for ‘Blind Transfer’ • Or wait until the phone is picked up, when ready press ‘Transfer’
Transferring a Call by RP button • While in a call, press the blue ‘RP’ button • At the tone, say “Transfer to Josh” or “Transfer to Kitchen”
Placing a call on Hold • While in a call, press the ‘Hold’ button
Placing a call on Hold • While in a call, press the ‘Hold’ button • While the call is on Hold, the red light will flash
Placing a call on Hold • While in a call, press the ‘Hold’ button • While the call is on Hold, the red light will flash • To retrieve the call, press ‘Hold’ again
Parking and Retrieving a Call • While in a call, press the blue ‘RP’ button • RP will say “Call 1 Parked” • From another phone, press the blue ‘RP’ button • Say “Retrieve Parked call 1”
Creating a 3-way Conference • While in a call, press the Conference button • Dial the party you wish to add to the call • Press the Conference button again
Checking Voicemail • Lift Handset • Press Envelope Button • Enter your password (default 9999)
Viewing Missed Calls • Press ‘Call History’ • Press once for Redial • Twice for Missed • Three time for Received
