  3. Adjusting Audio • If you’re listening on your computer, adjust your volume using the speaker slider. • If you’re listening over the phone, click on phone headset. Do not listen on both computer and phone.

  4. Saving Files & Open/close Captions • Save chat window with floppy disc icon • Open/close captioning window with CC icon

  5. Emoticons and Polling • Raise hand and Emoticons • Polling options

  8. Video Promos • Make short videos (less than 1 minute) • Easy to update • Grab your attention • Easy to post (YouTube, Facebook, etc)

  9. Most importantly…. • I wanted to show • How cool my courses are • That *I* still think my subject is cool

  10. Video ideas • Video is great but: • I don’t have a camera • I hate being on camera • I don’t have time to edit • I can’t deal with all the formats • I don’t have a place to upload them • My files are too large • Captioning is a pain • Others?
