  1. The Neuro-Logical Levels I. Logical Levels In the processes of learning change and communication natural hierarchies of classification exist Function of each level to organize information on the level below it, and changing something on one level were different from those for changing a lower level. changing something on a lower level could, but would not necessarily, effect the upper levels, but changing something on the upper levels would necessarily change things on the lower levels

  2. The Neuro-Logical Levels II. Logical Levels in NLP Spiritual – Beyond Self Vision (Who else…”) Identity – Who I am Mission (“Who I am…”) Values/Beliefs – My belief system Motivation (“Why I…”) Capabilities/Strategies – My thinking Direction (“How I…”) Behaviours – What I do Actions (“What I do…”) Environment – Where I do Reactions (“When & Where I…”)

  3. The Neuro-Logical Levels III. Changes at the Different Logical Levels Evolutionary Change – Change at Identity Level Change in mission and purpose re-imprinting, parts integration etc Generative Changes – Change at Belief and Capability Level Change in motivations, permissions and directions strategies, reframing, new behavior generator etc Remedial Change – Change at Behavioral & Environmental Level Change in actions and reactions - anchoring patterns

  4. The Alignment of Logical Levels Process Step 1: Physically lay out a space for each of the six levels: - Environment - Behaviors - Capabilities - Beliefs-Values - Identity - Spiritual Step 2: What do you want? Now, stand in the Environment space and Think of the Environment (the place and time) you want a change.

  5. The Alignment of Logical Levels Process Step 3: Stand in the Behaviors space Answer the question, "What action do I want to take, when I am in that time and place?" Describe some specific Behaviors and actions that you want to manifest in that Environment. Step 4: Stand in the Capabilities Space - Describe what you want to see it your mind, and - The words and tone of voice you want to hear in your mind,in order to manifest those Behaviors in that Environment.

  6. The Alignment of Logical Levels Process Step 5: Stand in the Beliefs-Values space - Answer the question: "Why do I want to use those particular Capabilities to accomplish those activities?" - Disclose the Beliefs-Values that motivate you, and are reflected in, the Capabilities and Behaviors you want to manifestin your Environment. Step 6: Stand in the Identity space Answer the question: "Who am I that I use these Beliefs and Capabilitiesto manifest those Behaviors in that Environment? What metaphor describes your Identity, which is your perception of yourself in relation to the Beliefs-Values, Capabilities, and Behaviors you have discovered so far. If you were this metaphor, what movement would you make? Now, slowly make that movement a few times.

  7. The Alignment of Logical Levels Process Step 7: Stand in the Spiritual space Answer the question: "As I look at all that is before me, what is the Vision I am pursuing?" What metaphor describes your Vision? If you were this metaphor, what movement would you make? Now, slowly make that movement a few times. - Now indicate, with your body, where the energy for your Vision comes from to get into your body.

  8. The Alignment of Logical Levels Process Step 8: take the bodily movement and Vision of the Spiritual space and step forward into the Identity space (your Guide touches the upper-middle of your back) Notice how this enhances or enriches your initial representation of your Identity. Step 9: Take your experience of both your Vision and your Identity and bring them into your Belief-Values space. Notice how this enhances or enriches your initial representation of your Beliefs-Values.

  9. The Alignment of Logical Levels Process Step 10: Bring your Vision, Identity, Belief-Values into the Capabilities space. Experience how they strengthen, change or enrich the Capabilities you experience within yourself. Step 11: Bring your Vision, Identity, Beliefs-Values, and Capabilities into the Behaviors space. - Notice how even seemingly insignificant behaviors are reflections and manifestations of all of the higher levels within you. Step 12: Bring all levels of yourself into the Environment space Notice how it is transformed and enriched. Think of the ways in which this experience will transform your future.

  10. PARTS INTEGRATION Identify the conflict and the parts involved: Make sure the client clearly identify the parts clearly, and understand the nature of the conflict. 2. Create a representation of each part Spatial: Create an image to left and other to right. The client is representing himself/herself in the context of where the part is apparent. The client will see the behaviours and attributes of each part.

  11. PARTS INTEGRATION Associate to each part and separate intention from behavior: Client steps into the image of each part and fully associates Reframe each part so that they realize that they actually have the same intention by chunking up ?ask, "What is the intention ..." or "For what purpose ..." Make sure that the intention stays associated. Make sure that both parts get to the same word as highest intention. a) Now, have the parts notice they were once part of a larger whole. b) Ask for other parts that were also once part of the larger whole. Have them join in the integration. c) What resources or attributes does each part have that the other part would like to have?

  12. PARTS INTEGRATION 4. Create (visualize) a third part with the combined resources of each part. Place this third image in the center of the other two images. Create a series of visual images representing the transition (metamorphosis) from each part to the center image.

  13. PARTS INTEGRATION 6. Have the person begin to bring their hands together and, at the same time, have the internal images begin to merge (collapse) so that the third image remains. As the hands come together give additional suggestions for integration 7. Take the integrated image inside and have it merge into the wholeness inside. 8. Test and Future Pace.
