1. Schedule an appointment with your doctor - if you've missed the boat last January, spring is the perfect time to check your health and schedule any test you may have missed the past year.
2. Thaw those frozen muscles. Take a walk outside - exercise benefits your muscles, cardiovascular systems and of course, you lose that fat you've developed over the last few months or the holidays even.
3. Learn a new way to relax. It maybe Yoga, or meditation - whatever it is that you feel relaxes you, DO IT! Squeeze in a few minutes in a day to build up this practice.
