Conclusion Lungresectionafterinductiontreatment; Acceptablemorbidity ve mortality rate. CT- RT 60 Gydid not have a negatife effect on mortalityandmorbidity. Mediansurvivalseemsto be longer in CT-RT patients, however,difference is statisticallyinsignificantwhencomparedto CT only. Pneumonectomydecisionneedsto be judgedcarefully.
