'Dead' Al-Qaeda leader appears in new video

A new video surfaced online June 10 featuring al Qaeda commander Abu Yahya al-Libi -- the same terrorist officials declared dead June 5 -- but the video doesn't confirm whether it was made before or after his reported death.
