HOW TO MANAGE TIME • How do we spend our time in a week • 24 x 7 = 168 • (a) 1/3 of our time in sleeping • (b) 1/4 on recreation • (c) 1/10 on eating • (d) 1/12 moving to and from work • (e) 23% is only spent at work place • If we save 15 minutes only everyday, it will amount to 90 minutes in week and 75 hours in year • Analyze where you spend your time • Decide where you must spend your time
