  2. Executive Summary • WaterMark Information Services Inc. of Houston, TX resided in the pre-employment screening industry. Our task is to make improvements to their pre-screening application. We agreed to aid them by designing a more efficient user friendly application.

  3. Scope Statement • Make improvements tothe flow of information • Enhancements - Data Entry, Navigation, Usability • All phases of the application must be completed within a 15 week time frame.
