The Problem • What problem is this profile proposal hoping to address? • Ability to have a source produce a consistent patient level quality report given a measure to report on. • Identify any existing IHE profile gaps/overlaps that this proposal will improve upon • Currently no IHE profile exist to define how measures are reported. • What is the market readiness for this IHE profile proposal? • Within the US, CMS adoption of QRDA for PQRI reporting • What is the risk of this proposal not being undertaken this cycle? • This is a basis for quality workflow
