Our growth plan will see this project world wide within five years, providing remarkably sustainable development and economic stimulation while not only minimizing the damage done to the earth in accommodating inevitable development but actually repairing pre-existing damage and minimizing future footprints. We will succeed by building not only a far superior and varied line of end products but by building people, communities and economies.   8. Our star product is CUSTOM SUPER HOMES, the most sustainable and versatile building material available. This product line is made of recycled materials; is non-toxic, fire proof, bullet proof, water proof, pest proof and sound resistant as well as seismically superior (can withstand hurricanes, tornados and even earthquakes). As this proprietary mix simply does not absorb nor conduct heat, the benefits to the end user are multifold with an approximate 45% - 65% reduction in the cost of heating and cooling as well as significant savings on fire insurance. This product can replace wood and concrete in construction and as well as asphalt, ceramic and brick and can be manufactured into structures of all sorts (residential, commercial, industrial, institutional), roadways, runways, sound barrier, sidewalks, gutters, reservoirs, cisterns, bridges, fountains…… even patio furniture and ornamentals. Although Custom Super Homes is a quality manufacturer and building company, they are very proud to be first and foremost a mass recycler. Phase 2 will see buddy shops for Ontario (New York and Quebec) and Nevada (Arizona) and buddy shops in Washington/ Alberta and Texas/ Mexico. Phase 3 will see a series of strategically located buddy shops expanding inland for maximum service, economic growth and shipping opportunities as well as extra continental expansion into Europe, Africa, Asia, South America and eastern block nations. Phase 4 will see expansion in phase 3 areas. Phase 5 will see expansion into all other areas.
