Licence fee/Service Charges to be paid in advance by 7th of every month thru RTGS in SBI, Byculla, Mumbai A/c No.: 32517946635, IFSC Code: SBIN0000343, R&C PAN No.: AAACR5670A. • Premises offered only on Leave & Licence basis for a maximum 5 year term. • Licensee to bear all the applicable Property/Municipal taxes, Registration charges, Stamp Duty and any other Govt. Levy proportionately for the licenced area. • Security Deposit: Interest free 6 months licence fee/service charges for companies having paid-up capital of Rs 1 Crore or above OR Interest free 12 months licence fee/service charges for all other companies. • R&C facilities are offered on "As is Where is", “Caveat Emptor” and “No Complaint” basis only. • R&C premises offered only for Industrial, Workshop, Warehouse or Office/Bank use. • Electricity/Water charges will be paid by the Licensee as per the actual meter reading plus 25% service charges toawrds M&R expense, infrastructure cost, transmission losses, man power cost, etc.

Workshop may also be taken on revenue sharing/sub-contracting arrangement with Minimum Guaranteed Amount which will be equal to Licence fee as per above rates. • Free Parking will be allowed in the common area. Covered parking will be charged as per above rates. • Licensee will be responsible for all the required approvals from concerned authorities. • Lessor & Lessee can use the common facilities of each other subject to availability, on chargeable basis. • In case of delay in payment of Licence Fee/Electricity/Water charges beyond 7 days after submission of bills, interest @ 18% p.a. will be charged.
