Starting a Merit Badge • Get a “Blue Card” from Ms. Reese in the Troop office. • Fill it out and get SM signature • Go to troop website and look at counselor list. • Go to www.meritbadge.org and get copy of workbook. • Contact a counselor • Follow the Counselor’s instructions Cit./Comm BSA Troop 387
