GOVERNMENTAL MEASURES IN THE R&D SECTOR • For enhanced technological development, measures are taken in order to: • stimulate and support the cooperation between the universities and the industry; • improve and intensify the use of the scientific research results in the industry; • promotion of the technological development of the enterprises aimed at stimulation of their competitiveness
