  4. Sober • Definition = to make of sound mind • Self-restrained - calm and collected • Sign of maturity - grown • Progress in meeting goals

  5. Love Her Family Husband Children • Luke 2:52 - like Jesus • Deut.6:7 - teach • Jochobed • Discipline - Pr. 13:24 • Eros, Storge, Phileo, Agape • Affection, care, tenderness • Happiness = mutual love • Obedient Keeper at Home

  6. Discreet Showing good judgment in conduct “careful and sensible in speech and action” • Careful to keep a good name • Attitude • Behavior • Clothing • 1 Tim. 2:9-10 “modest apparel”

  7. Chaste Pure in thought and act - modest Free from all taint of what is lewd • God’s plan for being chaste • Gen.2:18 - “Help meet for him” • Gen.2:24 - “she shall be called woman” = marriage • Heb.13:4 - “marriage is honourable in all”

Good Virtuous, devout, honest, sincere, adequate To have a gracious demeanor - good natured Helping all - kindhearted - benefit to all “Well reported of for good works; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints' feet, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.” 1 Tim.5:10
