THE ONDEMAND MARKET • An increasing number and type of venues want to offer live on demand entertainment services to their customers with the ability to present variety. Recognizing this the Worldcast platform is a cost effective exciting alternative for venues such as: • Night Clubs - Small to midsize specialty music events – There are an estimated 44,664 night clubs and over 12.1 million small to midsize off Broadway and concert goers within in the United States with broadband access. • Small Businesses that use music to enhance their service offerings or shopping experience - There is an estimated 504,641 small business within the United States that use recorded music, Radio, internet Radio, or live DJs to entertain their customers. • Individuals with broadband internet access between the ages of 15-40 - there is an estimated 18 million US college students with broadband internet access and 95% are projected to use the internet at least once a month and will listen to at least one hour of music online. 7
COMPETITION • Worldcast has competition in each of the three primary service areas in which it operates. However, we believe in each case that we offer significant benefits over our competition. • On Demand DJ Services – Currently there is virtually no competition in this segment of the market. While some companies offer broadcast platforms (e.g., Shoutcast) and others offer specific DJ services (eg., CRB Radio, Trance Elements), no companies were found that offer live interactive audio and video DJ OnDemand services to the club and special event market. • Broadcast Services – While there are a wide range of companies that offer webcast services, most are focused primarily on the corporate market (e.g, Webex, GotoMeeting, Cisco) and do not provide a cost effective alternative for the corporate market. • Internet radio – Companies like Pandora, iheartradio, Live365, Jango and Slacker offer a wide range of Internet radio stations. However, none of these offer live DJ music. A few companies – InternetDJ, RadioDanz, HouseMixUK, offer live DJ broadcast but most are limited to one or a few formats. 8
