Getting to Know • „Kollegiale Beratung ist ein strukturiertes Beratungs- gespräch in einer Gruppe, in dem ein Teilnehmer von den übrigen Teilnehmern nach einem feststehenden Ablauf mit verteilten Rollen beraten wird mit dem Ziel, Lösungen für eine konkrete berufliche Schlüsselfrage zu entwickeln.“ (TIETZE 2003 : 11)
