  2. Roller Coasters • Rollercoasters are the most popular rides in all amusement parks because of there chilling drops, breakneck speeds, and daring loops.

  3. The History of the Roller Coaster • The first rollercoasters were based off of a Russian Sheet of ice on an angle they people would slide on. • The first Roller Coaster actually opened in Paris, 1804 and was designed with the idea of the Russian ice slide.

  4. Did you know? • Below are some fun and interesting facts about Roller Coasters: • The longest roller coaster in the world is the Steel Dragon 2000 in Japan. It covers 8,133 feet. • The fastest roller coaster is the KingdaKa at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey, which reaches speeds of 128 miles per hour. • The tallest roller coaster in the world is the KingdaKa at Six Flags Great Adventure, which is 456 feet tall.

  7. All in all, roller coasters can be one of the largest sources of fun and intense craziness. I have been on many rollercoasters although I used to be extremely scared of them. I got over my fear and now love them and anyone who is scared of them should try riding one( I bet you will love it).
