Utilizing the Mobile Quarterback

This resource highlights the offensive philosophy of Aaron Ocampo, the head football coach at Manzano High School, focusing on utilizing a mobile quarterback. The strategy includes a physical offense that heavily relies on running the ball, spread sets for more room to run, the shotgun formation, and the use of a two-back run game with four wide receivers. The QB must be able to both run and pass, read a defender with an option scheme, and use the RB as a blocker. The philosophy also includes a no-huddle approach, multiple personnel groups, and more defensive adjustments. The DVD and Power Point materials are available for purchase.
