  1. American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Quarterly Reporting Instructions • Navigate to the State Department of Education’s CT Recovery web site at www.sde.ct.gov/sde/recovery • Scroll down to the ARRA Quarterly Reporting and click on the link.

  2. American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Quarterly Reporting Instructions • Enter the district logon ID and password which is the same ID and password used for the ED001, PSIS, etc.

  3. American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Quarterly Reporting Instructions • ARRA security is based upon the State Prepayment Grant System. Enter your Prepayment Grant System ID and password.

  4. American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Quarterly Reporting Instructions • Verify address information and correct as necessary. • Enter DUNS Code and select Congressional District from dropdown table. • Click on Next button.

  5. American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Quarterly Reporting Instructions • Grant Information is listed. • Click on specific grant to enter job and vendor information for that grant.

  6. American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Quarterly Reporting Instructions • Enter job created and job retained information. • If vendors were NOT PAID from this grant click the check box at the bottom of page. • Click on Save button.

  7. American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Quarterly Reporting Instructions • To enter vendor information click on “Add New Vendor for Grant” button.

  8. American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Quarterly Reporting Instructions • Enter either the vendor’s DUNS Number or the vendor’s Name & Zip Code. • Click on “Save New Vendor” button.

  10. American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Quarterly Reporting Instructions Use this page to continue to access each Grant to enter Information. • When entry of information is completed click on “Certification Page” link to certify data.

American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Quarterly Reporting Instructions • Have Superintendent enter signoff code used in the Prepayment Grant System and click on the Certify button. • Once certified, data cannot be changed. If changes are required contact the Bureau of Information Technology at 860-713-6610 to remove the certification.
