  3. Il trifoglio rosso • Crescono quasi in ogni prato a partire da maggio a settembre le corolle ispide rosse e bianche del trifoglio. I gambi raggiungono una altezza di 50 centimetri e spesso sono colorati di rosso. Si sviluppano da un breve rizoma sotterraneo.

  4. La foglia • Le foglie del trifoglio rosso sono allungate trifogliate (composte da tre foglioline) e hanno una zona più chiara caratteristica nella metà fogliare.

  6. LA RADICE • La radice è quella parte della pianta che assorbe i Sali minerali dal terreno, ma ha anche la funzione di fissare al suolo la pianta. Prima della radice si sviluppa la radichetta poi la radice con radici secondarie che si sviluppano in seguito.
