Project Quality Assurance Plan GENERAL: • Made by Highly Experienced Professionals • Complies with all Codes and Regulations • Ensure the Client is Always Informed of Project Status • Ensure Product Quality Exceeds Expectations VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS: • Design Speed • Turning Radius • Battery Life • Stopping Time (time needed to make the car completely stop) • Distance from controller • Approved Surfaces • *ALL TESTS WERE TESTED WITH AND WITHOUT FAN ON BOTH HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL SURFACES RACE TRACK: • Racetrack Surface (Marble, Tile, carpet, etc.) • Minimum race track radius • Breaking distance ( distance needed to make the car completely stop) • Ensure that Vehicle Will Be Able to Navigate Through Course
Product Testing Turning Radius: 3” Minimum for Racetrack Battery Life of Vehicle: 3 Minute Minimum for Racetrack Controller Range 7 feet *This is distance that vehicle will work without control lag ex. Move vehicle forward on controller, takes a second to actually move *Receiver is on Back of Vehicle
Product Testing Approved Surfaces: Smooth Surfaces Wood Tile Marble Smooth Wall Surfaces Failed Surfaces: Uneven, Porous, Broken Surfaces Non-Smooth Wall Surfaces Carpet Stopping Time: Minimum 0.75 Second for Track *Stopping Time Will Vary On Surface
Quick Reference Card Vehicle Controller/Charger Battery Compartment • Preparation • Remove Light Cycle TM Zero Gravity® RC and Controller/Charger From Box • Open Battery Door With Screwdriver on Back of Controller/Charger • Properly Install 6 AA Batteries inside the compartment • Replace Battery Door Securely • Charging Your Light CycletmZero Gravity® RC • Ensure That Switches on Both RC and Controller are “OFF” • Take Out Charge Nozzle from Charge Cable Compartment • Plug Nozzle Into Port Of Vehicle • Slide Switch On Controller to “CHARGE” • Red Light Flashing: Vehicle Is Charging • Green and Red Lights Flashing Concurrently: Vehicle is Charged • When Charged, Turn Controller Switch “OFF” • Stow Charge Cable in Storage Compartment • Operation On Ground • Put Vehicle in the “GROUND” Mode and Controller to “ON” • Use LEFT Joystick to Move Vehicle Forward and Backwards • Use RIGHT Joystick to Spin/Turn Vehicle • Vehicle Will Spin if Stationary and Turn if Moving Forward/Backward • Operation On Walls or Upside Down • Put Vehicle in the “WALL” Mode and Controller to “ON” • Place Vehicle on Clean , Smooth, Flat Surface . Ensure Fan is Clear of Debris • Vehicle Operations are the Same as Ground Operations • *Vehicle Will Swerve Occasionally. To Correct this use Trim Buttons Found On Controller. If Vehicle Swerves Left, Use Right Trim. If Vehicle Swerves Right, Use Left Trim.
