  2. Marcell Simpson-BinkMy mother born in April of 1940 to Ed and Zinoby Simpson. She had 9 brothers and sisters that lived in a small town of Durant Oklahoma. They lived as a Farming Family that worked very hard to raise all the kids with Honesty and Traditional Values

  3. Child hood Traditions Started early in life with all the 9 children that her father and mother taught them. They were taught to work hard on the Family Farm which brought in an income. Their strong Belief Values in God and the bible every day of their lives gave them the strength of faith to get them through any crisis. Holidays and birthdays were apart of their lives even though they had little money to do these traditions with family. Mostly they had love of family food and the roof over their head these were the most important to their everyday existence

  4. Adult traditions Where the past traditions were important to each of the of the children and grandchildren of the family. Like Faith, Family ,Hard work. The Family celebrated all the holidays with great pride. Weddings were among the things sheared as a group even though they were very poor family. It was still a simple affair with a minister and Family all there. They were all very close because of these values given to them in their early years as childern.

  14. Important Values to this Family This Family was brought up without much from the beginning. But it has a shared the abundant wealth of Knowledge and Values that bring a satisfaction to all the generations to date . If it were not for Thomas and Mellissa where would not be any of us today. We now have all the strength of the rugged frontier background and into the next generations.
