  2. GM Working Wardrobe shop will support eligible people with personalised styling and guidance for interviews • GMCA, in partnership with DWP are interested in contributing towards a maximum of two new Working Wardrobe shops in Greater Manchester • GMCA are interested in supporting areas that have a tangible partnership commitment in place to develop a WW shop What is GM Working Wardrobe?

  3. Partnership Commitment Organisations must have a signed partnership commitment in place to deliver; • Local governance arrangements (including a Local Lead as a sponsor) • Development Officer to develop all aspects of the shop • Suitable premises (e.g. Working Wardrobe in Bolton downstairs shop area is 86m2, not including toilets, training room and storage upstairs) • Assurance that funding is available to support development and ongoing sustainability of the shop for minimum of 2 years • Project development officer to develop and deliver the offer in tandem with the proposed timeline • Utility and business rate costs are covered • Commitment to the WW minimum standards (e.g. all branches to be open to GM residents of all genders, benefit claimants, care leavers) • CA wants to ensure the service will be accessible to all GM residents and will therefore need to consider geographical locations of the proposals to ensure appropriate coverage • The CA also wants to ensure that any new proposals avoid duplication with similar service offers.

  4. What will the GMCA funding cover? It is anticipated that the maximum funding that can be awarded to each shop is £75,000 per annum for a maximum of two years. The funding will only cover the following items. • Staff to work with the shop • Branding • IT for the shop • Miscellaneous e.g. (travel, supplies for clients) This funding is indicative until final approval of the business case.

  5. Process for submitting EOI • Key requirements for EOI include; • Detailed service offer • Governance arrangements in place • Spend profile and timeline for development • EOI form will be circulated following the meeting, to be completed by 19th July 2019
