  3. Where to start ??? • Go to UOZ website : http://uoz.edu.krd Then Click on student Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  4. Student portal homepage • Click on the staff portal tab click on staff portal Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  5. How to login ? • To login, insert ID-Code and password then select academic staff option Code is the same code of staff portal Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  6. The student portal You can view options and tools that need it. Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  7. Announcement s • List of announcements academic staff can view such as :General ,Departments , Academic staff and Student announcements • Academic staff can only added new announcement for other academic staff and for his student by click on “add new announcement ” button . Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  9. To add new announcements for academic staff 1-Select department 2-title of announcement 3-details of announcement 4-click save Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  10. To add new announcements for his students 1-Select department 2-select class 3-Select subject 4-title of announcement 5-details of announcement 6-click save Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  11. View list of his students by my students List of Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  12. Insert degree of mid-trim by my grade 1-Select subject 2-Insert mid-trim 3-Click save Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  13. Click on my course to view his subjects that was teach. Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  14. View each subject in details Upload new lecture Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  15. When he/his click on upload new lecture appear new windows show bellow : 1-Select subject 2-ente r title of lecture 3-upload file 4-click save Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  16. Upload time-table by my schedule Upload time-table Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  17. To upload course book click on my course book Upload course-book Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  18. Upload new course book 1-Select subject 2-add year : 2017-10-01 4-click upload 3-Select file Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  19. To send and receive message locally Shaimaa Q. Sabri

  20. More options View homepage Select language To change password click Logout from system Shaimaa Q. Sabri
