  10. Implementation • Manifest submission commenced Nov 07 • Electronic submission of trade documents to commence Q4 2008 • Manifest amendments can be made online – no need to visit CEPS • Lower costs

Support Centres • Walk-in support Support to walk-in clients on GCSDMS. • Help Desk Support Help Desk staff provide telephone support. • Training Training on GCSDMS to clients at no charge on-site or at the service centre. Over 500 trained April-June 08. • Equipment Use Cost-free use of PC’s, scanners, printers and Internet connectivity in service centres.
