  10. Cabinet’s Resolution • 17 November 2009 : Agreed in principle of rail transport system development and the management of State Railway of Thailand. Emphasis on the train operation should be convenient, fast and safe. • 12 April 2011: Agreed on the plan for rail transport system development 2011-2020, which has the improvement of the train operation and transport with safety and efficiency. More measures safety • 3 May 2011:Agreed on the investment plan of State Railway of Thailand (176,000MB)
