1. Concept of political system of a society. Political systems are a complex, ramified set of various political institutes, sociopolitical generalities, forms of interactions and mutual relations between them in which political power is realized.
Political system of a society is complete regulated set of political institutes, political roles, attitudes, processes, principles of the political organization by a society, subordinated to code political, social, legal, ideological, cultural norms, to historical traditions and installations of a political mode of a concrete society. “Encyclopedic dictionary “(Moscow. 1993 pages 273)
Political system is aggregate of state and social organizations, unions, lawful and political norms, principals of organization and realization political power in society.
2. Structure of political system. Political system concludes the next components: Institutional component consists from different social- political institutes and organization:
Functional component is aggregate of functions, which is realized as social political institutes, its groups:
Control componentis aggregate political -lawful norms and other ways of regulation interrelationship between subjects political system
Communicational component is aggregate different relation between subjects of political system, which is linked with power and policy. Ideological component is aggregate of political ideas, theory, conception

Easton denies that social systems can properly be understood as aggregates of individual persons. He argues that all social systems are com-posed of the interactions among persons and that such interactions form the basic units of these systems. Interactions, therefore, are his basic unit of analysis. While it might seem that an "interaction is an abstraction with no visible referent in the real world, Easton insists that interactions are to be understood as the concrete, observable behavior of biological persons.
Model of Almond takes into account psychological, personal aspects of political interactions, pulses acting not only from the outside, from people, but also from ruling elite. Input of the information, on Almond, develops from political socialization and mobilization of the population, analysis of existing interests, their generalization and integration, political communications.
