Email Netiquette • Don't YELL! Do not write everything in CAPITAL LETTERS. If something is important use bold. • Be careful with abbreviations. Not everybody knows what "btw" (by the way) or "asap" (as soon as possible) or "damhik" (don't ask me how I know) means.
