  1. Manning currently at 99%, manned to 98% for FY15 EPA. • -Expect advancement opportunity to fluctuate as rate continues to build. • ITS is designated an OPEN rate in CNAV. Refer to NAVAMIN 150/13 with questions concerning CNAV skill sets. • Convert-In opportunities for YG 2004-2011. All applicants (convert in) selected for conversion by the Sub ECM are required to complete a Submarine volunteer package, pass a Submarine Physical and to be screened by PERS 403 for Duty. • Security clearance is required for this rating. Must be adjudicated. • ASVAB requirements IAW NAVADMIN 344/06: • AR+MK+EI+GS=222 OR VE+AR+MK+MC=222 • -SRB: • Zone A set at 3.5, 75k TIER 1(27XX) • Zone B set at 2.5, 60k TIER 1(27XX) • Zone C set at 3.0, 75k TIER 1(2781) • -SDIP • E-6/7/8 (2781) $1000.
