S104 • Date: September 24, 1988 • Time of Day: 1430 • Location: Clark Lane • Response Mode: Emergency Response • Description: S104 struck a single cab pick-up truck while responding to an extrication accident in Southern Boone County. The driver of the pick-up truck required extrication from his vehicle and was transported to the hospital.
T805 • Date: June 14, 1992 • Time of Day: 1345 • Location: West on St. Charles Rd. • Response Mode: Returning from incident • Description: While returning from a structure fire in Sunrise Estates, a probationary firefighter receiving drive-time, left the roadway and overturned T805. Both the driver and passenger were restrained. Passenger had a compressed vertebra and required wrist surgery. He still has neck issues today.
