  3. NeedsAssessment • PODCASTING FOR THE ADULT LEARNER • Know how to read and write the English Language • Have access to a computer • Have a Podcast • Learner will create a podcast

  4. Needs Assessment con’t • Lerner will be given an assessment quiz at the beginning of training • Lerner will be given an assessment quiz at the end of the course.

  5. PODCASTING RESOURCESES • Learner will be given instructions on developing a podcast • Learner will be provided with a tutor for help • Lerner will record material useful to help with the English Speech • Lerner will create a podcast • Lerner will learn to record • Lerner will record multiple tracks.

  6. Types of ways to podcast Learn podcast with out no experience Learner will learn how to use and How to create a capture How to use a simple workflow How podcast will be accessed.

  7. Instructional Goal • Learner will develop a podcast for his/her personal use to train to speak the English language • Lerner will prepare to improve her speech pronunciation in English in order to communicate with a confidential manner.

  8. Assessment of Learning Outcomes • Learner will communicate with a patient that speaks English language only. • Learner will be prepared to get a higher education to upgrade her/his level of career • Learner will master the use of Podcasting

Training Module Outline • Introduction Assessment : The assessment would be to evaluate the learners knowledge that they acquire in using the technology The training program is designed to train the learner to become a master in programming the Podcast. The objective is to learn the process and prepare to put together material that will help for the development of their speech.

  11. Ipod and ear phones to record material to listen to. Learners will receive links to help them(learners) find the material needed to use for their recordings and listing equipment. The pictures are some of the products they will need to utilize for their training. Self-access online training

  12. Summary This concludes my design plan for the recommendation to the Adult learners(male/ female) that have the interest of perusing a better communication status with persons that need to be spoken to in the English Language. I am hoping that this will help the learner to continue in their career and get the acknowledgment that they well deserve.
