Travel • Kristin is responsible for all travel for this team – 32 people and counting • Kristin is a temp employee who only works 75% • Veteran team members are only submitting travel at a 70% accuracy rate; common errors are… • Google mileage doesn’t match travel form • Hotel bills are not showing a zero balance • Leftovers on the travel form Let us know what assistance you need so the team will be submitting travel with 100% accuracy.

Research Questions • What is the relationship between teacher performance evaluation ratings and annual EVAAS student growth data? • What regions and districts have the strongest correlation between these measures? • How can this research impact future teacher evaluations in North Carolina?

Standardized materials are being developed for you to use for Standards 6 & 8. They may be ready this week. If you are planning to train it, you must use Todays Meet and coordinate with Eliz & Robert so we can be available to assist you.
Issues Bin • Submit your registration for T-PACK training via the Google doc • Share your outlook calendar with your regional teammates and your sub team • Attend one of the NCEES online tool webinars presented by Donna A. and DeLea. Help us advertise these webinars via your wikis and list serves. • Make sure the RESA sessions are on your calendar. • Documenting your work on the Outlook calendar is one way our work is monitored and evaluated. Make sure yours is up to date. • If you have an urgent need or question, call Robert or Eliz on cell phones for greatest results. (919-604-4093 Eliz or 919-630-3201 Robert) We can get up to 200 emails a day. • All NCEES presentations need to be vetted by Kim. We are creating standardized materials for your use. • Last call for semi-annual forms • Put a hold on your calendar for the IHE Common Core sessions. The dates are on your RESA calendars.
