  2. Austin • Made non-trivial contributions to every doc • Attended all team meetings • Led majority of them • Implemented the whole website • PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML & CSS • Created automated testing templates • Implemented 3 automated tests

Josh • Produced bulk of document content • Did most of the user requirement analysis and software requirement specs • Created all of the SSAD diagrams featured in SRS and URS (DFDs, E-R Diagram, and State-Transition Diagrams) • Attended vast majority of team meetings • Scheduled/informed team members of meetings via email • Led meetings not managed by Austin • Documented all client meetings for later requirement references • Aided Austin in designing/verifying website architecture & functionality • Provided training when necessary • SVN repository & IDE tutorials for those with little or no prior experience

Paul • Attended team meetings when possible (about 1 per week) • Wrote the executive summaries for the Process Model Implementation and SRS • Wrote portion of test cases for the test plan. • Investigated automated testing tools for PHP • Learned how to write automated testing scripts in python.

  5. Yamini • Wrote an SRS • Described what should go in a SRS • Created a DFD’s on Deposits, withdrawal, Transfer, Report generation • Attended all Tuesday meetings • Helped gather user requirements and making necessary changes in the documents.

  6. Brandon • Created the first draft of an HTML footer for our site template

  7. Tools • Languages: HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, Python and JavaScript • Software: Ubuntu, Apacheand MySQL • Resource Mgmt: Subversion

Obstacles/Challenges • Conflicting schedules • 1 member cannot meet outside of T Th • 1 was high preoccupied by athletics • Accountability • Some members picked up the slack of others • Brandon Wick didn’t show up or communicate with the team in the last 2.5 months • Lack of experience • some struggled with subversion • Not equal levels of coding experience
