  3. Energy Shots • Current: 5 Hour Energy • Better option: Guayaki Yerba Mate • Why? • Non GMO, Fair Trade product with whole body supporting ingredients: yerba mate, ginger, himalayan crystal salt, acerola cherry • 5 Hour Energy contains taurine, a synthetic caffeine

  4. Nutrition Bars • Current: Orchard Bar • Better option: Kit Bar • Why? • Clif’s Kit Bars are Organic, Non GMO, dairy free product with only 5 ingredients: Organic Dates, Organic Almonds, Sea Salt • Orchard Bar: GMO ingredients and added sugar
