Investigation based compliance survey of CRPs conducted in FY 2002
April 22, 2005 mailing to all certified work centers
Fact Sheet No. 39G discusses survey findings
77% workers with disabilities and 98% of CRP staff paid in compliance
8. TOP TEN 14(c) COMPLIANCE ISSUES Ensuring that Special Minimum Wage (SMW) Worker has disability that impairs his or her productivity for the work performed (Different from JWOD).
Paying for ALL hours worked.
Proper ROUNDING.
9. TOP TEN 14(c) COMPLIANCE ISSUES Ensuring accurate and timely work measurement/time studies are conducted.
Conducting timely and proper PREVAILING WAGE SURVEYS.
Review/Adjust Prevailing wages at least annually, after minimum wage increase, after change in job or process.
