The merchant interface • Easy to navigate and modify account settings. • Virtual Terminal: For manually processing CC and eCheck transactions or refunds. • Upload Transactions: For batch processing of transactions from a spreadsheet or billing application. • Search and download: To search for multiple transactions over a range of settlement dates. • Reports: To review statistical data for settlement activity.
Viewing Transactions Merchants have several ways to view the transactions they run: • Unsettled Transactions shows those transactions not yet settled. • Reports allows a merchant to view an individual settled batch, or transaction statistics over a date range. • Search and download allows a merchant to view transaction information and download that information to their computer.

SecurityCard Code Verification What is CVV2? • CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code that is printed on the back of cards. • Number appears in reverse italic at the top of the signature panel at the end • Helps validate that a genuine card is being used during a transaction
SecurityCard Code Verification How does CVV2 work? • Customer provides CVV2 information • Payment-processing network compares the CVV2 with the CVV2 on file at the credit card issuing bank • Processing network relays the data • Based on the merchants Card Code settings the transaction is approved or declined. • If the transaction is declined the card was still authed and there will be a hold on those funds.
SecurityAVS What is AVS? • Address Verification System • Only checks US billing addresses • Only checks numerical data
SecurityAVS How does AVS work? • Customers provide their credit card information including the card billing address. • Payment-processing network compares this address with the billing address on file at the credit card issuing bank • Processing network relays the data • Based on the merchants AVS settings the transaction is approved or declined. • If the transaction is declined the card was still authed and there will be a hold on those funds.
