My Final Thoughts • We talk about results (Results Based, Results Matter) but results come through people, not just programs. • Results come through • Clear communication • Understanding and respect of each other’s roles • Strong relationships • These help determine the level of success we have with those we serve. • Parents are an integral part of the web of relationships that determine successful outcomes for EC programs and special needs children.
