The Fondazione Angelo Celli per una Cultura della Salute • Was founded in Perugia by Alessandro Seppilli on 1987. • Acquired legal status by a President of Republic Degree on 1989. • The main aim of Fondazione is the building and spreading of patterns of culture - then knowledge, values, behavioural patterns and styles of life - that can help to promote the individual and collective health. • The Fondazione is working particularly on the relations between life conditions, cultural patterns, life styles and practices which can influence - directly or indirectly - the health, referred especially to socio-economic change contexts. In this perspective it promotes and realize - by itself or in co-operation with other organizations - researches, workshops, meetings, counselling, publishing, training courses at various levels.

SP1 - Project Management • Kick off Meeting - Salvador Da Bahia, November 2003 • Set up of the office for the General Coordination of the Project • Installation of the Project in Salvador da Bahia; Agreement with ISC Bahia and CEPS (administration) • Installation of the Project in Potosì: • First year – direct management with UATF and Municipality of Potosì • Second year – agreement UATF-Municipality, creation of the “Directorio” and of the Project office • II Coordination Meeting in Madrid, September 2004 • Exit of Chilean Partner and admittance of Belo Horizonte (03/09/2005) • First Annual Review Report • Second Annual Review Report, in progress
SP2 - Focus Groups Management • Training requirements analysis and main topics selection in the three demonstration sites: • Potosì • Vitoria da Conquista • Belo Horizonte • Additional activity also developed in the new demonstration site of Salvador da Bahia

SP4 - HEALTH for ALL in LA eLearning Platform Local Adaptation Bolivia • Courses definition and training-plan: • Primer curso de especialización en salud familiar con mención en atención primaria en salud para • médicos (10 currcula; 800 h) • licenciadas en enfermería(10 curricula 800 h) • auxiliares en enfermería (7 curricula; 660 h) • Courses certification by the Comite Ejecutivo Universidad Boliviana (CEUB) • Bargaining teachers • Deliver of the courseware for December 10th 2005 • Letter of Agreement in progress with SEDES for the organisation of the training activities • Purchase of the computers • Basic course for the use of PC and applications and familiarization with the e-Learning platform for a minimum of 60 health professionals (in progress)
SP4 - HEALTH for ALL in LA eLearning Platform Local Adaptation Brazil Vitoria da Conquista and Salvador da Bahia: • Proposal of a training plan with 3 courses tailored on equipes of Family Health Care Units: • Educaçao e comunicaçao em saude, modalidade atualizaçao (5 curricula, 184 h) • Prevençao da violencia intrafamiliar, modalidade extensao (4 moduli, 72 h) • Sexualidade, modalidade extensao • Courses certification by UFBA, • Estimated users in Vitoria: 80 health professionals in 12 Units • Estimated users in Salvador: 120 health professionals in 16 Units • Purchase of the computers, in progress • Letter of Agreement in progress with the concerned “Secretarias da Saude de Vitoria da Conquista e Salvador da Bahia” for the organisation of the training activities
SP4 - HEALTH for ALL in LA eLearning Platform Local Adaptation Brazil Belo Horizonte: • Proposal of a training plan with the identification of the most relevant themes: • Organizaçao da Atençao Primaria • Educaçao en Saude • Doenças cronicas nao transmissiveis • Agreement (in progress) with UFMG for sharing the training activities and the certification of the courses • Choice of the Family Health Care Units (15 units in BH)
SP5 - Validation and Cross Fertilization • Set up of an Internal Monitoring Commission of the e-leraning system • Elaboration of a monitoring system • First mission of two members of the Commission (Cergas) in Potosì (Cergas). Report in progress. • Sinergy in progress among Brazilian partners: Prefitura de Belo Horizonte e ISC-UFBA for the identification of the training needs and the development of the courses, Seminars held in BH, in May and in Perugia, in August 2005 • Technical norms for the construction of the didactic material • First Manual of instructions for the upload of the didactic material onto the e-Learning platform
SP6 - Impact Assessment and Business Planning Potosì: • Agreement with Coopital (Cooperation Agency of the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs) • Enlargement of demonstration sites from Municipality to the whole District of Potosì including rural areas • Courses certification by CEUB • Letter of Agreement with SEDES in progress
