Contact North – Key Principles cont’d. • Scalability • Sustaining new costs, programs and functions is critical • Access • Provide an opportunity for all students to be successful by removing barriers • Sharing • Institutions that learn to share and co-operate can reduce costs and improve quality in many technological areas
