Introduction Disputes are inevitable in almost all the industries. In circumstances where disputes arise, it is necessary to resolve the disputes in a timely and adequate manner, so as to minimize the losses. Globally, more emphasis is given on arbitration, which is an Alternative Dispute Resolution method, as a way of resolving the disputes. The arbitration has many benefits that traditional ways of resolving the disputes could not provide. The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board thereupon has established The Fourth Training Course for Arbitration Practice to meet the global trend and to educate arbitration experts. The Course is also nationally acknowledged as an Accredited Mandatory Training Course for Lawyers, which fulfills an obligatory 8 hours of training for the attorneys.
