CUBE Annual Award Webinar Five Key Points to Ponder: • Work out a plan to compile information, gather data, and assess how board action has helped student achievement. • Focus your attention—can you demonstrate that you have made progress over a multi-year timeframe? Think about how your district has improved over the last five years.

It is imperative that the district’s description of success in each of the four core areas specifically demonstrate the role of the school board.
