  5. My department • Media department ⇢ 4 employees • Objectives ⇢ Media aims to implement the policy to highlight the role of media development and activity of the Fund in developing countries. The department also aims to highlight the distinct image of the government of Abu Dhabi through media campaigns and media across regional and global levels. • Supervised by Fatima Al Blooshi⇢ Chief Media Coordinator at the department

  12. Challenges • Cope with the new environment • Adjustment • Get used to deal with the new employees • Socialize and blind in at work • Not enough directions • When to speak and when to remain silent
