  15. Needs • EU: total budget capped at current level; but EU co-funding falls from 88% now to (probably) 80% by 2007 = extra 48,000 euros needed • Currently v limited funding for transgender work • More work needed in EE

  16. Fundraising work • Overall fundraising strategy paper prepared • “Audit” of foundations conducted • Preliminary meetings with some possible funders held • Overall advocacy strategy for EE developed • Two applications developed: “COC/NIS” project, as contributor EE Advocacy project
