FIRST-YEAR ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENT: All first-time, full-time students with fewer than 15 credit hours are required to take either a Learning Community • OR a First-Year Seminar during their first semester at KSU: • KSU 1101 “Original” First-Year Seminar • KSU 1111 Tomorrow’s World Today • KSU 1121 Be the Change • KSU 1200 Leadership • KSU 2290Special Topics: Challenging Assumptions

  4. Teacher Education Admissions • Admission to teacher education is separate from admission to KSU – see advisor! • Cleared background check • ≥ 2.75 GPA • GA Pathways /Teacher Apprenticeship? - 3 hours AS credit for EDUC 2110

Registration Tips • Days of the week examples: • MW Monday and Wednesday (1 hr. 15 each day) • MWF Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (50-minute) • WF Wednesday and Friday • TR Tuesday and Thursday • F Class meets one day a week (2 hrs. 45 min.) • Times: Classes meet AM and PM • 8:00 AMand 8:00 PM • 9:30 AMand 9:30 PM
