Dealing with Change • Make sure you have a clear understanding of your own paradigms • Ask yourself “Who in another field would be interested in my unsolved problems?” GO AND TALK TO THEM • When a change is suggested work through the positive and negative aspects of the change • Seek outside your own paradigm shifts by thinking outside the circle
